Dont stay even for free worst food and service. Not friendly. Cheap quality. Very expensive as compared to service and quality. Not suitable for family. The most worthless and disgusting place in nanital. They even scratched my vehicle and were not sorry for it.

Worst hotel and worst staff. Even don’t know how to talk and what to talk. I have booked lake view room online and after 2 hours of booking the hotel called me that it was already sold to some one. Howz this possible ?? Are you fool?? Even After this his conversation was very rude. Will meet you legaly bro …… You used very rude language …..

property is fine as but it is 350 meter walk from Mall road that too on inclined road, which is hectic.

We got a non-view room. This was very suffocating, there were no AC/fans and windows. It was on a steep location 500meters above mall road. Rooms and washrooms were clean but there was a weird smell all over. The owner was friendly but would highly request to consider this as a feedback and make some changes to the hotel. The switch boards were almost falling off.

This is a good pocket friendly hotel with all amenities. Just be careful when asking for tour or taxis as they will try to skim you.
